Wah! SmartDeals — Request account deletion

This page explains how users of the Wah! SmartDeals app and website (operated by WahSmartDeals LLC) can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. It is provided for store listings (for example, Google Play) and supplements — but does not replace — our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (see Terms Section 16).
Who can use this process
Customer accounts registered through Wah! SmartDeals may request deletion as described below. If you are a vendor or need help with a business account, deletion is handled through a separate closure process (which may include deal deactivation and wallet settlement); contact us at the email at the bottom of this page so we can verify your identity and proceed in line with our agreements and legal obligations.
How to request deletion (in-app)
- Sign in to the Wah! SmartDeals app or website with the account you want removed.
- Go to Profile and choose Delete my account.
- Review the on-screen summary and confirm the request.
Deletion workflow and timeline
- Request. You submit a deletion request from your Profile. Your account stays active for now.
- Admin review. A Wah! administrator reviews the request (the app typically reflects status within about 48 hours). We may approve or decline a request — for example, to resolve an open dispute, comply with law, or prevent abuse. If declined, your account remains active.
- Confirm. After approval, you return and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately, and a 30-day grace period begins.
- Grace period & reminders. During the 30 days you can still cancel (see below). We send reminders about 23, 5, and 1 day(s) before final deletion.
- Final deletion. At the end of the 30 days, an automated process anonymizes your account. After this point the deletion cannot be undone.
How to cancel or reactivate during the grace period
During the 30-day grace period you can restore your account at any time by tapping Cancel & Reactivate in the app, or simply by logging back in with your phone number — either action reactivates your account and stops the deletion. Once the grace period ends and anonymization runs, the account can no longer be recovered.
What happens when deletion completes
Deletion is performed by anonymizing your account — your personal information is removed or replaced, but the underlying record is not hard-deleted, so that required transaction, review, and audit history remains intact.

Information already shared with vendors
If you used a service, consultation, or referral deal, the vendor may already have received some of your information (such as your name, contact details, and project details) to deliver that deal. That vendor is an independent party, and deleting your Wah! account does not delete the copy the vendor holds. To have a vendor delete information it received, please contact that vendor directly.
If you cannot access the app
Email admin@wahsmartdeals.com from the email address associated with your account (or describe how we can verify you). Use the subject line Account deletion request and include your registered phone number or email. We will respond with verification and next steps.
