Wah! does not guarantee vendor availability, service quality, completion timelines, pricing continuity, savings levels, reward or points eligibility, or specific outcomes.

Goods and services (including food) are produced and provided solely by vendors. Wah! does not prepare, inspect, test, or control them and is not responsible for personal injury, illness, foodborne illness, allergens, or property damage arising from a vendor's goods or services. Raise any allergy, dietary, or safety concern directly with the vendor.
Card payment (for businesses), text message and email delivery, hosting, maps and address lookup, sign-in providers such as Google and Apple, app stores, and other third-party integrations are provided under third-party terms. Wah! is not responsible for third-party outages, processing delays, policy changes, or external service failures.
The optional AI Assist feature drafts wording for you only when you start it. A draft may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Check it before you use it; you are responsible for anything you submit or post.
Members pay nothing to Wah! to claim a Sponsor or Treat coupon. Unless expressly stated otherwise, if you pay a business directly for anything, including a past Retail purchase, disputes and refund determinations are handled between you and the business under applicable deal terms and law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wah! disclaims warranties and limits liability as set forth in the applicable Terms and Privacy documents.
Customers and vendors are solely responsible for their direct contractual arrangements, local legal compliance, and operational decisions. Wah! is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from third-party conduct.
